Arkansas LEARNS Act
The Decker School has been approved by the Arkansas Department of Education to receive funds from the LEARNS Act / Education Freedom Account program. This program provides a pathway in which public funds will be directed for eligible students towards independent school tuition. The LEARNS Act / Education Freedom Account program provides a voucher for each eligible student with funding worth up to approximately $7,208 for the 2026-2027 school year.
Eligibility
For the 2026-2027 school year, eligible students have at least one parent who is a resident of Arkansas and meet one of the following criteria:
First time Kindergartner for the 2026-27 school year (Must be 5 before August 1).
First time first grader for the 2026-27 school year.
Children of Active-Duty Military Personnel, Uniformed Reservists, Military Veteran.
Children of first responders and law enforcement officers.
Students who in the 2025-26 school year were enrolled in a “D” or “F” rated school or “Level-5” district.
Students who in the 2025-26 school year were enrolled in the Succeed Scholarship Program.
IDEA identified diagnosis by a qualified professional.
Students experiencing homelessness, current or former foster care students.

To determine student eligibility to receive Education Freedom Account funds, please complete an application with the Arkansas Department of Education by clicking here. If the Arkansas Department of Education approves your application, you will be eligible to approximately $7,208 towards your tuition and limited expenses.
PIAK Grant (Component of EFA)
Income-based and may apply to some students with disabilities. The application typically opens alongside EFA for the 26–27 school year.

ACE Scholarship
Primarily income-based and awarded largely on a first-come basis. Taxes are typically required before applying. Applications generally open in early February.
