Summer Day Camps
Summer at The Decker School is filled with creativity, imagination, and time spent in nature. Each themed camp invites students to explore hands-on skills, artistic expression, storytelling, and outdoor discovery in a joyful and engaging environment. From crafting with natural materials and cooking colorful recipes to discovering outdoor science, learning traditional handmade skills, and bringing stories to life through drama, our camps are designed to spark curiosity and wonder.
Families may register for individual camps or for the full summer experience.
Individual Camps: $275 per camp

Nature Crafts
Create beautiful things using treasures from the natural world. Students will craft with leaves, flowers, sticks, and stones while exploring creativity inspired by nature.
Dates: June 1st - June 5th
Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Before & After-care available upon request)
Ages: 5 - 12yrs (K - 6th grade)
(Kids will need to bring a peanut free lunch, a snack, and a water bottle.)
Cooking Basics
Young chefs will learn simple kitchen skills while creating colorful recipes centered around fresh fruits and vegetables. A delicious way to build confidence, curiosity, and healthy habits.
Dates: June 8th - June 12th
Time: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Before & After-care available upon request)
Ages: 5 - 12yrs (K - 6th grade)

Magical Creatures
Step into a world of imagination where fairies flutter, dragons soar, and mermaids sing beneath the sea. Through stories, crafts, and creative play, students will bring magical creatures to life.

Ages: 5 - 12yrs (K - 6th grade)

Traditional Skills
Travel back to the days of handmade craft and timeless traditions. Students will explore classic skills like candle making, quilting, and other simple arts that have been passed down through generations.

Outdoor Science
The outdoors becomes our classroom as students explore the wonders of nature through hands-on science and discovery. From plants and insects to weather and ecosystems, curiosity leads the way.

Rainbow Explorers
Rainbow Explorers Camp is a hands-on outdoor camp where children explore color through nature, art, and play. Each day includes creative projects, water activities, and nature-based exploration designed to spark curiosity, encourage creativity, and support sensory-rich learning in a fun and relaxed environment.

Drama
Stories come alive on stage as students explore acting, movement, voice, and storytelling. Through games, scenes, and collaboration, young performers will build confidence and creativity.

Wild Minds
How does nature help us thrive? We’ll connect with the world through our five senses, mindful movement, and snacks that power the brain. A refreshing blend of outdoor exploration and peaceful practice
